TREY WHITT, CPA

Before founding Whitt Accounting, I worked as a partner at Dent Moses, LLP, a firm of 50 professionals providing accounting and technology consulting services to closely-held businesses in various industries. During my 20-year tenure at DM, I specialized in dental practice accounting, finance, tax, benchmarking, and practice transitions.
In June 2021, I established Whitt Accounting & Advisory, LLC to focus exclusively on serving the business and financial needs of dentists.
On a personal level, I have the unwavering support of my wife, Shondra, with whom I've been married for 24 years, and my daughter, Morgan. Shondra, a retired high school volleyball coach, actively volunteers with the Greater Birmingham Humane Society. Morgan is currently a junior at Belmont University in Nashville, pursuing a degree in hospitality and tourism management.
During my leisure time, I enjoy activities like running, cycling, cheering for Atlanta pro sports teams, and supporting the Auburn Tigers.
